Once we receive the Return following your marriage \n          ceremony, we will forward one (1) marriage certification to you.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n          We are accepting cash or credit card for the marriage application. \n          There is a $2.00 fee charged by the credit card company for use of \n          the credit card.\n        <\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <li>\n        Please print the form and bring the completed form to the Marriage \n        Bureau at the time of your appointment. The application will be \n        reviewed with you by the Marriage Clerk at the time of your \n        appointment. Even though the completed form is not required, it may \n        assist in the application process.\n      <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"greyBox\">\n  <div class=\"mainContent\">\n    <h3>Additional Information<\/h3>\n    <hr class=\"blueLineTitle\">\n    <br>\n\n    <ul>\n      <li>\n        If either applicant is divorced, or divorced more than once, you must \n        bring your latest divorce decree. If either applicant has resumed a \n        maiden name following the divorce, the applicant must submit proof of \n        resuming his\/ her maiden name.\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        If your prior marriage was terminated by death, you must provide the \n        death certificate, or at least a copy of the death certificate, for \n        your former spouse.\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        In Pennsylvania, there is a three-day waiting period following the \n        date of the completion of the application. Please note that the \n        application is not complete until it is signed by the applicants, \n        whether it be during the online appointment or the in person \n        appointment. You will be given a license following your appointment, \n        but you cannot use the license and marry until 3 days later.
